Licences not Showing in My Account

You can retrieve your license for AVG from here. And you'll get back your license key

Use the email with which you registered in purchase an AVG product

Hi Borislav - the point is that I can't see any subscriptions or order history when I log in to MyAccount.
My Account shows  no Order History, no Subscriptions and no Licences, even though I have two current licences which don't expire until 2016.
Each of the two licences is activated on each of my two computers.
You have recently offered a free upgrade, but I don't want to instal that unless it can be activated by my current licence codes - which I can't see in MyAccount. Your emails with the codes were received a year ago when I bought the two licences and aren't available any longer.
Your help in showing me how to access MyAccount to retrieve the licence codes would be appreciated.

My account shows no order history, even though I have two AVG Tuneup licences which run until 2016.
I'm reluctant to instal free upgrades in case my current licence codes aren't recognised.
Please would you explain what I need to do to correct this?

You say that emails received from AVG with the codes were received a year ago when you bought the two licences and are not available any longer. at the moment.
Keep in mind that this may be due to the settings of the email client you use (There is an option in which email older than the specified time will be automatically deleted
You can change these settings. Or create a new folder named AVG Technologies. and move them there s Everything email correspondence with AVG
