Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
As per our record you have purchased the license for AVG PC tuneup and AVG antivirus.
Are you getting a popup from AVG antivirus program saying as "AVG LICENSE ERROR" and after entering the license number does it say that it is not recognized?

for some reason my pc sometimes shuts out my AVG protection. I am told to reactivate, but when I type in my registration number, which comes up valid, nothing is happening. Any ideas?
