Hi Flavio,
I have checked the details and It seems that you have AVG Internet Security Unlimited which is valid until 10-4-2018.
In order to fix the issue, I will suggest you to uninstall and re-install the AVG Internet Security-Unlimited.

To uninstall the AVG Internet Security please follow the below process.
Start->control panel->programs(uninstall the program)->select AVG and uninstall it.

After Uninstall, restart the PC and please click on the below link to install the AVG Internet Security-Unlimited.

Hi guys. My release was out of date. The screen shows that I'm not protected. So today with the order nr.(Order no deleted) I purchased the AVG Internet security. No changes after the installation and 2 reboots. The red 'Internet security not protected' icon is still there. More: I enabled Web tune up add on but the relative icon appears yellow and disabled . What happens?

Thanks Sarath. I was just doing that. But it was a long way… I had 2 tune up, 2 protections … every time the procedure stopped at 80% in unexpected way or hanged up at 100% , several reboot performed … a long way . Bah!
