License not recognized

Hi there, got a problem with my avg protection 2015, been using this for over a year now. Switched on laptop this morning for avg to pop up with license not recognised pleace buy a new license and re enter. Now if i check my online account it says there is no license number and all i need to do is log in, i have 295 days remaining on my license.
I have left my zen network and rejoined, also logged out and then back in to the same problem, also tried unistalling the program which it fails with a different error. Any ideas ?
