You've two subscriptions of AVG Internet Security multi-device registered with your account. You've submitted a refund request for one of the subscriptions which costs RUB2,388.00 and the case is being reviewed by our refund team. Once the refund is processed, the product will become inactive. Then, you will be able to see one subscription of AVG Internet Security valid till Oct 9, 2020 (purchased through a re-seller). If we can be of more help, please let us know.
