Hello Marian,
Both products have same features and structures but the difference is based on its activation method.
Your AVG Internet Security can be installed on 5 Windows computers and get activated using its license number.
Unlimited version can be installed on multiple Windows & Android version and email address, password is required to activate this version.

In April I renewed 5 licenses for AVG Internet Security @ $108.00, now I see that there is a version of Internet Security that allows you to install on an unlimited number of devices for $79.00. Are there  differences between what I paid for and this new version?  I am confused?

So, how do I convert my subscription to the unlimited version?
