My license according to my records is due for renewal on 2020-01-07.
I have received 2 e-mails perporting from AVG, one quoting £52.99 due 30 days from the date of the e-mail (23/11/2019) and another on the same day quoting the renewal date in 2020 shown above amounting to £79.99.
Can you explain?

We couldn't locate any e-mails quoting the price of £52.99. Hence, sent you an e-mail requesting the screenshot of the notice you received. If the e-mail is not found in your inbox, do check your spam/junk folders as well.
