Question: is there a way I can see in the TuneUp-tool that the expiration date indeed is now on Feb.-2016?
from AVG (at 25/6) as well as from TuneUp (at 26/6) I get the message that my license will end 28-June
BUT I HAVE BOUGHT A NEW LICENSE AT 22-FEB. ALREADY
AND FROM AVG I DO NOT HAVE A PRODUCT(besides TuneUp)
what is wrong please - did I miss something or something wrong with your registration system?
Note: I cannot contact Sales Support for this issue because then I have to call them (from The Netherlands) and that will cost me a fortune (because email contact with Sales Support seems not an option). A chat or phone connection via technical support also does not work. So this is the medium to get a solution, please?
