Licensed until 15 october 2017 but not managed to install the update!

When I did not succede to install using the licence number code supplied in the mail in October I uninstalled the licenced AVG and since using the AVG Free to stay protected! Now when trying again I get message: "You already have another AVG product on your computer that is incompatible with the one you are trying to install. For more information contact Customer Support for help". As those trials have taken a lot of my energy I need precise help for free to uninstall and install the "Renewal AVG Internet Security 1 computer (1 year) ". Alternatively to stay on AVG Free. Please help me. /Birgitta
