OK, this is me venting… First off, the inability to actually find an email address or phone number to use in getting my trouble resolved is crap. AVG seems perfectly happy to take my money, but be nowhere to be found when it comes to being able to fix a problem when trying to apply the license to use the product.

Over four years ago I bought a license for AVG TuneUp. According to the purchase I can use it on many computers in my possession. Well… when I first purchased it I could do just that. I paid the (automatic) renewal in early 2020, but the only machine that got updated with the license was my initial system, a Windows XP box. I have some Windows 7 and 10 boxes that have the software installed, but continue to complain it is not licensed. The only licensing option I get is to purchase a new one. I am logged in to my account on the systems, and try to apply the license via login. No such luck.

When I login to the AVG site with my account and try to view my licenses it shows NOTHING! This rant session is first thing I have found available to me to get my paid licenses actually working for me. So far it appears I have paid for renewal (at $60/year) and am only able to use this product on one system.

I am sure there has to be a simple "explanation and correction", but this inability and lack of support access makes me really dislike this POS experience. I am alone in this? Will somebody with the ability to fix my problem and make my wallet happy assist me?
