I bought TuneUp recently, and opened a MyAccount. But now my name and password do not seem to match.
Every time I apply for a new password, it says that a link has been sent to my e-mail to renew my password, but I never receive a mail.
So now I cannot get into MyAccount and cannot activate my TuneUp.
Also never received a confirmation mail of my purchase of TuneUp, but my creditcard has already been charged. Please help, thanks
