Do you face this issue only with LinkedIn site? Let us know the name of browser you use and its version.
I have sped a lot of time solving the problem or at least identifying the problem. It seems that the VPN has a negative effect on the performance of LinkedIn. When the VPN is turned LinkedIn is slow and sometimes LinkedIn does not load at all. I have added LinkedIn as a trusted site but that did not have any effect. I know that I am not the only one experiencing the problem. LinkedIn are also looking at the case and the conclusions is, that it is the VPN that is causing the problem
