LinkScanner Update Required

LinkScanner is not updating after I did a system refresh.

I have tried a couple of different methods to update the database and they have been unsuccessful. I have downloaded and tried to manually install, I have selected "Update Now" which then tells me that the databases are up to date; even though LinkScanner still shows that an Update is required. I have also tried going through the advance settings and Delete Temporary Update files before attempting to Update again.

Any suggestions?
