If you are using Windows XP service Pack 3, then latest version of AVG will be compatible with this operating system. If you have lesser version than SP 3, then you need to upgrade to Windows 10. I see from your record that you have an active subscription for AVG Internet Security valid till 6/8/2019.
Open AVG Internet Security->Click on My AVG->My Subscription. Check if it shows the correct expiry date. If it is, you need not have to reactivate AVG, everything is working fine.
If you see incorrect expiry date, please click on "Enter your new license number" and activate AVG Internet Security on your computer.

Last week I re-activated my product which was very easy to do . Today I made some changes whilst on chat and the advisor told me he would send me details on how to re-activate the new number(.product key ) Ihave not had any sucess with this. I did say that DID SAY I WAS ALREADY USING THE THE2018 VERSION BUT HE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO CHANGE ANYWAY.
ALSO MY SONS LSPTOP RUNS WINDOWS XP, IS THERE ANY NEED TO SWPCH TO WINDOWS 10
