Hi. I have the exact same problem. I have 4/10 and I only know of 3 devices where this is used. How can you tell me what devices this is used on please? I dont plan to fund any other 3rd party sites and stranger's device protection by using my paid subscription. I will open a ticket in the next few days as well for this topic.

thx for nothing my ipone tells me that i dont have an active subriptions.
and btw i got 5 devices …
there used to be a link in the AVG account page, with information of all the devices using the subscription. it's really important for us. so we can remove devices that no longer active from subscribed devices.
I'm now af 8 of 10. I'm sure there are some 'dead' devices still registered in that subscription.

Nevertheless, we'll certainly look into this and help you. Please share us the screenshot of your AVG account displaying that activation your code has been used overused.

This issue has been around since at least August 2020, is there any sign of a solution for your Customers. I have the same issue, I currently have AVG installed on 4 PCs that I use but I'm told that there are 7 installs!
Is there a way to see which devices your subscription license was installed on? I purchased multi device 10 but when I log into my account says I am over and at 11 devices. I don't even have 11 devices, so I am confused which devices have it installed?

We understand your concern. However, as informed by our colleague in this post, the option isn't available currently.
Our developers are already aware of it & they might take this into consideration in future.
However, the licenses on the unused devices will be deactivated, if they're inaccessible. Also, if you experience any issues while activating the license on your new devices, please write back to us in your original post.
