Livechat not available. Scheduled scan not working

I understand that you are unable to connect to live chat with AVG and you have issue with the scheduled scan. Please do not use Edge browser and instead you can use any other browser to contact AVG Chat support. They will assist you further with the scheduled scan issue.

I have scheduled the program to scan daily but I checked today and it has not scanned my PC for 4 days.
Also I cannot get through to livechat.
