Loading AVG antivirus

I purchased the Avg Antivirus program and according to their directions unloaded my AVG free edition but when I try to load the 2015 AntiVirus program and click on load it will run for a short time and stop. Now I have no anti virus program on my laptop. 

What can I do to load this program that I bought?
