Very many thanks for your helpful advice and offer. 
I will contact a support technician as advised and let
them install the six programmes on my new computer.
My operating system is Windows 10.

I have six AVG products including Internet Security(Multi Device). They are currently protecting a now very old laptop(>12 years) - an HP630. This laptop is now defunct and I can't access any material on it!
I want to reload my six products to my replacement laptop. How do I do this? Please keep any advice simple, and if possible jargon free! I am 83 and can spell 'computer' and 'internet' but that is about the limit of my computer understanding! Thanks in advance for any advice.
