Dear all,

I am french; So, sorry for my poor translation from French text WINDOWS 10 !

I found a good alternative to resolve this issue (WINDOWS 10).

GO to Start Windows Menu (bottom right of the screen) > Parameters > Update and Security > Windows Security > Application and browser control > (On the left side) Manage providers > Select Avast Antivirus and click on the Button "Open application"

Avast Windows is now open !
On the left side click on Parameters menu and chose "Problem resolution"
click on "Help / Reparation" and click on Yes
AVAST antivirus is running to repair all the componants (It must take a long time)

After this restart your computer

And, for me, the issue was resolved

Any solution for this yet?

I've been having this issue for the past 2 months, I have uninstalled AVG and reinstalled it, still get the same issue. I even used the program to compeltely remove AVG, still the same issue. I'v left my laptop on for more than a day, and there is no activity in the avg process so it can;t be loading or doing anthing…

This isn't the expected behavior from AVG.

Please restart your computer and check if you are able to open AVG without any problem.

Hello i also have the same problem and i can't turn avg on because of that Loading screen and im using a free version please help me

I have just tried the repair, and I am still stuck in this screen. I have AVG Ultimate.

I've turned on my PC and loaded up AVG and just says Loading… This shouldn't take long. It's been like this for a couple of hours.

Has anyone else experienced this?

We would like to understand more about the situation. Let us know the name of AVG product you have installed. Is that a paid or free version? 
Provide us the version of AVG and your windows OS to check and assist you further.
