I understand your concern on this AVG products. Please be informed that AVG for mac have only AVG AntiVirus and AVG Cleaner. It does not have AVG Secure VPN and Password Protection. This products are compatible only for Windows computer.

Hi,

Two things.

I just bought AVG and downloaded it. I see the screen where I can 'Scan My Mac', 'File Scanner' etc. But I don't see any page for me to attach to the VPN or get my password collect. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Secondly, when I had the free version, I kept getting a malware called 'Cryptohacker' and every time I deleted it, it pops up again. Hopefully , it won't happen on the paid version.

Please provide more details about Cryptonight and the changes that occurred on you Mac.
If you have any prompt appearing, do provide the screenshot of it.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I think it might be best to just cancel the whole subscription as I can't get cryptonight to stay off my computer using your software. If you could please send me a refund request for that.
