Locked out by security!

Hi, I was switching cellphone operator and put in the new simcard, enterd the pinkode. Witch was not accepted!? I tried old code, new code, new card, old card. nothing works, I can not turn it off, I can not start it either. I can tell you, it works, I hawe no idea of what to do! Is there anyone who can help me?
