I already tried those solution you keep posting and it did not work. I already filled a toruble ticket. But its been hours already and this is my work phone and I have not heard back and I call a phone number for support and they told me the only way for support was via the email. This is terrabale! No one I can talk with. You are the cloest thing AVG has to support I can talk directly with and all you do is refer me to email again. All I want is to get this sofware unlocked… I need help now! Not when your company gets around to it!
I just did an software upgrade on my phone and now the system is locked. AS you will see below its the same phone and the same SIM only for some reason its not seeing the "F" at the end of the SIM number. I have lost my password so how can I unlock this? I have tried restartiing the phone 5 times and it does not help. I have tried rest my passowrd on the web site and the website took the new password but the phone will not accept the new pass word.

Michael, Don't know if this will help?.. Have a look @ this article (http://avgclick.me/LockedPhone). Otherwise, Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.
