Sorry, we can understand that you are referring to the Cryptolocker virus which will encrypt all of your files on your PC and to decrypt it will ask for money.
We are aware of this and right now we don't have a solution for this but we are working 24/7 to get it done.
The only suggestion we give is to take regular backup of your files.

Got hit with the Locky ransomware, now I am trying to get my files back.  Used Recuva and got some of them decrypted but not all so will AVG clean up the mess if I pay the price to AVG?  Is it worth it?
