My AVG antivirus software on my MacBook Air is unable to update because it is “not connected to update server” and while searching for how to connect this, I tried to get into my AVG account on the computer, though it kept asking me to “check the box”. After successfully logging in on my phone, I see that this box needs to be selected to show that i am not a robot, but no box shows up on my computer when I try to log in. An inability to update kicks me off my university’s WiFi server, and I really need to be able to use the internet right now.
