I had to reinstall Windows on my computer and when I try to log in to my AVG account, it does not work, AVG reply that the password is not correct. The reason that I had to reinstall windows on the computer was that AVG seemed to remove/block all programs including AVG itself. I cannot download AVG again without access to my account.
