I just do not understand why i can not login from one of my computers. computer crashed and had to reinstall. Since i have several e-mail addresses i used the wrong one to try to login. When i tried to change the e-mail address, the message says that there is already another user on the only e-mail address with AVG, so i cannot reinstall all my AVG packages. Funny that i could login with my account e-mail and password to get access to this community discussion.
ANY HELP would be appreciated since i have no protection on my computer.now.
