I recieved a notification that I lost my bundle. How is that possible?  I did not remove it from installed programs, so how can I lose a whole security bundle when it is paid up to May 22, 2021? I now have only AVG Free on my computer.

 I cancelled my AVG subscription over a month ago and received confirmation it would be cancelled October 15. I have uninstalled Avg from my computers!  Did I have two subscription by mistake? . Do not charge me again please

I received notice on 9/4/2023 that my AVG Security Protection had been automatically renewed until Oct. 9, 2024. My problem is that I cannot get it to download.  When I go to the site which it listson the notice, the informational help is not in English.  I have struggled with this for days and I give up.  Granted, I am over 82 and not adept at this stuff, but I need help.  Judith Busse

Presently, we do not have an option to check the number of active devices from our end. However, the approximate number of active devices count can be checked using your AVG My account > My subscription > Used devices.
Note : All the activation attempt on past 30 days and number of activate devices will be displayed in the AVG My Subscription. If it shows any inaccurate information, pleas wait for 30 days and check the status.
