Best regards,

After my last AVG Driver Update, I have lost all audio on my laptop.  Despite troubleshooting, there are NO audio files identified.  Please advise how I should proceed.  This is very serious for me in my job.

I also lost the audio control after the latest AGV update on my ASUS laptop.  Also, my wife’s laptop lost the audio.  I made a recovery to 22 November 2024, and it is working again.

So, Michele is right.  Please check your latest AVG patches.  There must be something interfering with the audio settings.   It blocks it totally.  Not good at all.

Michele, please try to make a recovery.  It worked for me.
