We appreciate all the efforts you have gone through ,but we apologize for the difficulties. In this case, we would suggest you to perform a re-installation of your AVG Protection program. Click this link http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and run your AVG remover tool which clears all the traces of AVG, once the tool is run, your PC will automatically reboots. After the restart, please check if a folder with name AVG Remover is created under C: and remove it. Now, go to this link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Protection_806.exe and download your AVG Protection. Once the installation gets completed, restart your device. I have had AVG PRO installed for some time but today I had 4 messages saying I have lost all protection I then tried the 'Fix Now' which seemed to be working but when nearly finished it stopped and said it had encountered a problem and to try again but when I click on 'Fix Now' nothing happens - can I uninstall and install it again to see if this repairs the problem?
