Hello. I found a charge on my Dri AVG Technologies card. I imagine that this is a forgotten subscription and I understand that I can no longer recover it. I would like to cancel my subscription, but the charge is not associated with any account and I can not access the process. I have the card number and the subscription number. Can you help me? Thank you.
