Lost administrative rights to my network users folder after avg tune up

I ran the avg tune up on my computer and, and after I ran one of the fixes recommended, I can no longer access any of my network user folders.  It has taken all administrative rights away.  How can I restore and uninstall this program?  Very frustrated with this program.
