We request you to completely reinstall AVG program using the remover tool and check for the issue.
1) To download the AVG remover tool please click on this link:
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
3) Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the C drive and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
I changed my default language to English UK from English US in order to make the keyboard consistent with what was printed and Windows Live e-mail will not now open and my AVG Protection has gone haywire. Can anyone help?
As per our record, we see that you have purchased the license for AVG Internet Security and AVG Driver Updater and subscription for AVG performance multidevice.
You have to remove both AVG Internet Security and AVG Performance and while installing you have to install the AVG internet security that uses the license number and only then you have to go for AVG Performance Multi-device which doesn't have any license number.
