I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I understand how something like this can really try your patience. I request you to uninstall the whole Antivirus product and then reinstall it in your Mac. Also, could you please let us know the exact version of AVG you are using.

Me AGAIN. Another day has passed and NO reply to my problem first noted in this commiunity Sept 8.
ReCap! I have problems since installing Anti-virus for Mac. Was hoping to uninstall and reinstall but anti-virus for Mac will not uninstall. First I was asked for more information. Did that. Five+ days pass. NO reply from AVG. I ask again (yesterday). I was asked to check my junk may in case the reply was in it. No, Not there. Then I get a reply basically - "We're looking into it" HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING MORE. NO REPLY TO MY EMAIL AT ALL EXCEPT this morning with AVG asking me to take a short survey of my experience. LOL

I did submit my query - 12 days ago - as I was asked. I have had NO reply to my problem. I have NEVER received any reply from the MAC Team. I was once told on this forum that they were looking into it and would get back to me, but I have heard noithing.
Where? Where is my answer? Where? What post? I have checked all post that I have made, all the emails that I have received. Sorry, but I DO NOT SEE A REPLY to the oringinal question. How do I uninstall Anti-virus for Mac when it will not ininstall for me? I click the uninstall button - and - nothing happens.

It will NOT uninstall. When I click the uninstall button nothing happens. I cannot reinstall because it will not let me uninstall.
