Hello Rob,
That's most probably caused by how guest user works. All data created under the profile are deleted during logout https://support.apple.com/kb/PH22029?locale=en_US. It was submitted to Mac AV team as MACAV-1127 as possible improvement.
Thank you

Anyone figure out who to get rid of the annoying Welcome to AVG window that opens every time someone logs on as Guest User on a Mac.
No matter if I go through the prompts or not to completion, after I log off the very next user to use the Guest User account is presented with that same screen.
I suspect AVG writes something to the hard drive somewhere because non-guess user accounts, don't have this problem after initial run?

Yes, thanks Karthikeyan I believe I already assumed as much? Guess I was just wondering if someone figured out maybe as a non-guest user how to take whatever needed data, and place it in appropriate folder(s) to bypass said issue.
