Mac Web & Email shield blocking all traffic

Please confirm whether you are expreiencing issue with Windows or Mac device? Also, please confirm the exact operating system. 

Also, you do not have any activate subscription under your account. Please confirm whether you are using paid or free version.

Hello there,
Since I bought the paid version of AVG Internet security and after enabling all the features, all the traffic behind a VPN is blocked. How can I allow the traffic to continue with my work. 
Or AVG doesn't support this and I have to find a different vendor?
An immediate response would be much appreciated.
