Hello Back-Enders,
Can a representative from both parties please follow up regarding this issue. I am experiencing the same results and have deleted 170 items but unable to delete another 26 MRT files. Please follow up regarding another solution. Please note that I am currently using a free trial for the AVG Antivirus.

We request you not to delete those files from quarantine, we suggest to restore those files as those threat detection are false positives.
We request you to update the AVG program and restart your Mac and check with the issue.
As it should be resolved now, if not please let us know to proceed further.

Tried it on another wifi and was able to get it to install properly
