You are wrong, read my message. you cannot conclude that I want to cancel !!!
My message was: "You (so AVG) sent "remember, don't forget…"-message and I received! and YOU (= AVG) sent finally "Not paid, we (= AVG) annulate" .
If you conclude that it was ME who wants to cancel, it is a strange interpretation which I cannot understand! AVG's MESSAGE dated 16-08-2023 "NOT PAID WE ANNULATE TILL PAYMENT"means, that AVG has cancelled, though (like I informed you) payment was done a complete month before = 17-07-2023! Read and conclude that AVG IS WRONG !!!
Don't blaime ME for your faults.

Upon checking your account, I can see that you've purchased an AVG Internet Security subscription on July 18, 2023 and it's indeed valid till July 18, 2024.
To further investigate your issue, please share us a screenshot of the 'Payment failed' email you received, as a reply to the email my colleague has sent you.
