Mail in wrong language

I'll certainly help you to resolve this.
To change the language of the email, Open the email and scroll down to the bottom of the email > Select the preferences > Choose your preferred language.

I am a Dutchman living in Turkey. But I do not speak, read or understand the Turkish language. Why do I get the AVG mail in the Turkish language and not in English or Dutch language.
Can you help me out?

Frank, please do not share the order number in a public post for security reasons. 
It looks like your location was in Turkey when you signed up for this order and it was also in Turkish currency that you paid the amount.
