Mail Protection/Email Scanner Error

AVG SysInfo.exe seem to collect the information except AVG. I cannot submit this report.
The different method? By the way, I uninstall and try the reinstallation.
When it uses email protection, is it a specification to display an error?

Thank you. I forgot to have changed DNS.

The installation was completed, but the state is not improved at all. It is the same error.
Ver.16.121.7859. This is a version same as a while ago.
"Fix now button" does not have an effect either.

I'm using a mail scanner function.
In AVG application, an error occurs for email protection.

Error display:
Your are not fully protected!
Email: Mail Protection  component is not active.

Even if I click "Fix Now" button then, it is not dissolved.
This occurred after I set Email scanner.
All the setting of the server is "fixed host" and "Regular port".
It does not dissolve even if I delete all the setting of the server.

Please tell me the method to improve this problem.
Windows 10(1607) Pro 64bit.
AVG is 1.132.2.38575 (This error occurred considerably for some time.)

Could you please let us know if you are using any email client like Outlook or Thunderbird etc., to check your emails? If you are logging into your email account in a web browser, AVG will protect and scan your emails in a different way and you do can disable the email protection component. ``

Thank you for the information. We would request you  to remove previously installed program traces of (AVG 2015 or AVG 2014)from your system using AVG Remover tool and then try to reinstall AVG Protection Free.
Note: If you have installed any other conflicting programs like AVAST, NORTON, McAfee or KASPERSKY  try to uninstall it.
Once you have uninstalled from your system,try to follow the steps which mentioned below.
Remover and Download:
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link:  http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.

Please be informed that the AVG Sysinfo is designed to collect the log files of AVG program alone.
If you could provide the log files using the AVG Sysinfo we will be able to escalate the case to our senior level technician and after analyzing the files they can fix the issue.
If you haven't tried the reinstallation of AVG program then please go ahead with the process and then let us know the status of it.

I'm using AVG AntiVirrus Free Edition 16.121.7859.

I use Thunderbird. I do not have any problem about send and receive of the email at all.
When I opened application, there is error notation to the icon in the system tray of Windows. I do not know how this error influences it.
