Maintenance crashing

i tried to run the beta install. It asked for my license key.  I can not find it so i tried to request it and it does not recognise my email which is the same one that i use to log in to my account.  So now i am forced to use the free version even though i paid for the Performance pro.  I am very frustrated.  I filled in the form for them to find my key and my email but have not heard back from them. I have second computer running on this license and it too has defaulted to the free version.  Can someone please help?  I need my computer to be protected and running at full capacity.

when i run 1 click maintenance on my pc t crashes at clean up browser.  i get the message "following AVG processes failed: -oneclick .exe
i have reinstalled Chrome and it did not help.  I think my chrome auto updated a couple days ago and that is when it happened.  What should i do?
