this is the screenshot of the message receivec at the end of Deep scan

Win32:Malware-gen has shown up on a deep scan - it is in red .
I have clicked resolve a great number of times to no availe  revolving circle then back to same message - I can't quarantene it - no option for that given - please help

I have also run other malware detector software which does not pick it up

Thank you for the screenshot.
Right click on "threat detected file" and copy the entire file path.
Create it as a zip file and upload it through our AVG Sysinfo tool for which we have sent an email.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
