Malwarebytes 3.0 update failed then agv ultimate will not reinstall. Do I have a nasty virious?

Please be informed that it is not recommended to have two antivirus program running on same PC which will consume most of the CPU resources, also will have conflicts.

I have windows 7. Agv Ultimate and Malware bytes 3.0. Agv was on passive and MWbytes was updating during reboot it stoped. Then I tried to get into my AGV after reinstalling it and it will not open reg or with admin. Do I have a new virus /Malware I downloaded by mistake screwing everything up ? PLEASE Help !!
