Hello Jörg.
Thank you for contacting AVG Community Support.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
We are sorry to inform you that currently, we do not have an option to check the list of devices connected to your account. Instead of that, we can only check the number of devices(Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS). But our system will scan for active devices once every 30 days, all the inactive devices will be deactivated automatically after 30 days and the correct device count will be updated.
If you reinstall AVG programs on the same device, it will be counted as a new device and 1 more device will be added to the count but it will be corrected automatically after 30 days.
If you have any other queries, please feel free to contact us back, we are here to help you.
Thank you.
Hi everyone,
In the subscription management you can see the number of devices used for the corresponding subscription.
Is it also possible to manage or delete the individual devices? I have devices on which AVG has been uninstalled in accordance with the instructions, but they are still counted.
Many thanks in advance.
