Mantenimiento automático de AVG TuneUp

Hola buenos días. 
Desde que instale esta aplicación en mi ordenador con Windows 10 no funciona el mantenimiento automático, lo cual para mi es imprescindible. 
He desistalado y vuelto a instalar la aplicación varias veces y sigue igual, he concedido todos los permisos y sigue igual, he abierto los puertos y sigue igual, he abierto el cortafuegos de Avast! y sigue igual.
Vamos que he hecho de todo Y SIGUE IGUAL, SIGUE SIN FUNCIONAR.
Les agradecería que me dieran una solución, o que me devolvieran el dinero de la suscripción. La parte proporcinal, claro, el resto no. 
Lo que sí tengo claro que no renovaré la suscripción con ustedes, una vez que acabe esta que tengo ahora.
Llevo varios años con ustedes como cliente y jamas me había sentido tan defraudado como este año. 
Jamás me había fallado esta fantástica aplicación.
Antes la he tenido instalada en Windows Vista e iba genial, luego la instale con  Windows 7 y también iba genial, y este año me cambio a Windows 10 y no funciona esa parte tan esencial como es el mantenimiento automático, para no "tenerme que preocupar de nada", como dice la publicidad de ustedes.
Y dicho todo lo anterior, les volvería a pedir por favor una solución eficaz o la devolución del dinero pagado por la suscripción. Como he dicho antes, la parte proporcional.
Y repito, lo que sí tengo claro, que una vez finalice la suscripción, me cambiaré a otra aplicación que  haga lo mismo que esta, y no sea tan cara, ya que he visto otras que hacen lo mismo o mejor y no cuestan tanto, y seguro que no me da tantos problemas como esta.

En primer lugar pido disculpas por no haber traducido el texto, se me olvidó. 
Ahora he corregido ese error, y se lo vuelvo a mandar traducido, para su comodidad. 
Y en segundo lugar pido tambien disculpas por no haberme expresado bien en el comentario que mandé. 
Ya que mi cabreo y mi malestar viene desde varios meses atrás antes de que expirara la licencia, porque ese problema viene desde el mes de Diciembre que es cuando pasé de Windows 7 a Windows 10, osea que llevo con este problema 4 meses antes de que me expirara la licencia.  
Por eso no he renovado la licencia. 
He de decir también que el nuevo sistema operativo se hizo empezando de cero, para que la instalación de Windows 10 fuera lo mas limpia posible. 
Sin otro particular, me despido atentamente agradeciendo su interés.
