Max amount of devices connected

I got a new subscription, but this time only for one device because I only need on device now.

The others were for my family, who didn’t used my multi subscription for years because they use Apple products now.

Now my problem is I can’t use my VPN because it says it has reached the max amount ot connections, but I just used the VPN yesterday!

How is that possible and why can’t I see the devices who are connected to my account and deconnect them.

A problem that exists at least since 2022 from post that I found with the same problem!

Not implemented yet! Come on, even Netflix and Spotify can do that.

I don’t want to come to a forum, post about my problem and then only to get the same answers as the other!

I want a solution!

That’s really annoying, sounds like old device sessions are still active. Try contacting support to reset your connections; that usually fixes it.
