I regret to hear the AVG program notifies you to purchase Pro version. Did you login to AVG Zen dashboard with AVG Myaccount credentials to activate the paid subscription. If you have not, please activate AVG Ultimate as suggested in this article http://avgclick.me/ActivateZen . If you have already logged in but still receiving expiry notice, please try to logout and log back into AVG Zen network as suggested below.

Open AVG.
Click on your email address at the top of AVG dashboard and select 'Logout as admin'.
You must now see 'Connected' status on the dashboard.
Click on 'Connected' and select 'Leave this network'. Click on Leave again to confirm it.
You must now see 'Connect' status on AVG dashboard.
Click on Connect and use your registered AVG MyAccount email address and password to login.

I've just reinstalled avg ultimate on my desktop. the home window of avg continues to prompt me to purchase avg pro which in fact i have a current for avg ultimate that was just extended a few days ago. The pc tune-up is a part of avg ultimate as i understand it however, it will not run the task. Please assist.
