I understand the inconvenience.
I see that you have purchased AVG Ultimate (1 year subscription) and it expires on 13th November 2018.
Open the AVG user interface by double clicking on "AVG" desktop icon.
Click on "Email address" displayed on the interface and select "Leave this network" and click on "Connect".
Select "Log into existing account" to enter AVG my account username and password.
Wait for 2-3 minutes to check whether it activates both Internet Security and PC TuneUp. No trial notices shouldn't appear after this process.
Keep us informed about the status.
On November 13, 2017 I purchased the AVG Ultimate package for $30 which is to be charged to my credit card. The order number is 12777897338. Now I get the message "Your Internet Security Has Expired" when I click on the AVG logo to check the status.
Please tell me how to resolve this issue, or even better, update it from your end so when I click on the AVG logo, I can see the correct status.
Thank you very much. I have used AVG for years and have always been very happy with it but I do need this issue resolved as soon as possible.
