We're glad to know that. Our developers has fixed the issue & the fix is to reinstall AVG TuneUp.
We see that you've also created another post. Regarding the follow up about the fix, it seems that it's been missed due to multiple posts created & replied in other posts.

I have just rebooted my computers and have found that in fact IVG Tuneup has already been updated with the patch that rectifies the problem.
I congratulate you on listening to community posts.
At the same time, if you had advised the community the patch was ready and a simple reboot would take care of the issue it would have been much appreciated rather than finding this out by default.
Many people, like me, have probably left their PC’s, laptops running without realising a patch has been effected and a reboot would fix the issue.
