I was having trouble getting my Canon printer online. Ended up talking to, I suppose a Microsoft, who remotely showed me screens that say all my security drivers are stopping and that AVG that I renewed in the summer, is only compatible up to windows 8, AND that 48 users BESIDES ME, are logged into my computer which only I am supposed to have access to! He wanted to charge me $180 to fix the problem.
I really have trouble believing all he said, but, how or where can I go on my computer to see the REAL stuff!???
