Please provide the following information to help you better :
1. Confirm the version of operating system installed in your device.
2. Share us the screenshot of the page which shows VPN is off in device settings and active in AVG program interface.
3. Kindly restart the device once and check whether you can access AVG Anti-track and AVG Secure Browser.
4. Also, please check what are all the AVG products showed in control panel under installed program list. If possible, please share us the screenshot of it.

I am subscribed to AVG Internet Security (multi), AVG Secure VPN, AVG AntiTrack, AVG TuneUp.
the products constantly tell me I am secure in every respect of my online activity BUT, this is not the case! The icon on the screen for internet shows VPN active but in settings I find it is actually offline! I log on and find I either can’t access AntiTrack or the settings have been altered leaving me exposed. I have no idea what happened to SecureBrowser I was trying, that just disappears at will.
It seems Microsoft has taken over and this should not be able to happen with all the protection on system, a third party should not be able to override AVG security measures - PLEASE HELP !!

I dont' know how to screen shot on laptop, looked it up but did not understand instruction?
I have taken some pictures on my phone - best I can do is try to email them to you?
